ASP.NET MVC 1.0 – MSDN Events Mountain View, CA

I&aposll be speaking at the MSDN Event in Mountain View, CA on June 16, 2009 where I&aposll be presenting a session discussing the ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET WebForms.

Have heard about the new ASP.NET MVC framework from Microsoft and wondered what it was all about or maybe you are curious whether this framework replaces ASP.NET WebForms?

In this session you will learn how to use the model-view-controller (MVC) design pattern for writing Web applications and how the approach is different from what you have done in the past with WebForms.

ASP.NET MVC 1.0 is available for Visual Studio 2008 and yesterday Phil Haack announced on his blog that ASP.NET MVC 1.1 is now available in alpha for beta one of Visual Studio 2010.

If you&aposre able to attend the session than I look forward to seeing you next week in Mountain View, and regardless of whether you are able to attend the session or not you&aposll want to check out the ASP.NET MVC book written by Rob Conery, Scott Hanselman, Phil Haack, and Scott Guthrie.
